Loyalty Programme

The Carrera Jeans Loyalty Programme is designed for returning customers. Shop online and in our stores, earn bonus points, and use them towards future purchases.

1. How It Works

After registering with your telephone number, you will have a personal account showing your bonus balance, programme level, and total accumulated purchases.

• bonus points are earned on purchases according to your programme level;
• the higher your total purchases, the higher your level and bonus rate;
• bonus points can be used towards future purchases;
• your current bonus balance is displayed in your personal account.

2. Programme Levels

Your level is based on your total purchases:

When a new level is reached, the higher bonus rate applies to the purchase that reaches the threshold and to all subsequent purchases.

3. Earning Bonus Points

• Bonus points are credited automatically after a purchase.
• For online orders, bonus points are credited after the customer receives the order.
• If an order is cancelled, not collected, or returned before receipt, no bonus points are credited.
• Bonus points are earned only on the portion of a purchase paid for with money.
• No new bonus points are earned on the portion of a purchase paid for with bonus points.

4. Using Bonus Points

• Bonus points can be used towards purchases on the Carrera Jeans website and in Carrera Jeans retail stores.
• Bonus points can cover no more than 50% of the purchase value.
• SMS verification may be required when redeeming bonus points.
• Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another person.

5. Validity of Bonus Points

• Standard bonus points are valid for 365 calendar days from the date they are credited.
• Unused bonus points expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
• When bonus points are redeemed, those with the nearest expiry date are used first.

6. Birthday Gift

A date of birth is provided during registration. If a customer has been registered in the Loyalty Programme for at least 30 calendar days before their birthday, gift bonus points may be credited on their birthday.

• gift bonus points are shown as a separate transaction;
• gift bonus points have a limited validity period;
• the gift is provided no more than once per calendar year.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If a product is returned or exchanged, the bonus balance, accumulated purchase total, and programme level may be recalculated.

• if a return is processed before bonus points are credited, the pending credit is cancelled;
• if bonus points have already been credited, the balance is adjusted automatically;
• if credited bonus points have already been used, the balance may be adjusted during future purchases.

8. Important Terms

• Some products may be excluded from earning or redeeming bonus points.
• Current information about bonus points, programme level, and accumulated purchases is available in the personal account.
